Sales manager

We are looking for a sales manager with English language skills for a promising project of the company. The project is called Online Property is a platform for brokers to sell and rent real estate in Dubai.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 1 year of experience in sales (by phone);
• Knowledge of English B2 +;
• Thirst for work and new knowledge;
• Openness and ease of communication;
• Desire to develop professionally and grow in your career;
• Work for the result.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a cold base;
• Establishing contact and conducting online presentations;
• Appointing offline meetings in Dubai;
• Sell the company’s services;
• Attract new clients for cooperation;
• Negotiate with clients and conclude deals;
• Send commercial proposals for clients;
• Work in CRM;
• Increase sales and meet monthly sales targets;
• Make presentations of the company’s services and prepare the necessary materials for the presentation;
• Keep records of your work;
• Constant communication with clients.
