About the project

We’re looking for a talented Junior Project Manager to join our team collaborating with Linnworks, a platform that simplifies the entire cycle of commerce operations—from order management and shipping logistics to inventory tracking and reporting. As a certified partner, Brainence helps the platform’s clients build custom apps, integrations, macros, and scripts that help speed up order deliveries, automate processes, and cut costs.

Requirements

● Proficiency in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate level or above)

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

● Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen

● Minimum experience working as a project manager in IT field

● Understanding of e-commerce operations

● Understanding of the IT industry and software development lifecycle

● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

● Experience in direct communication with native English speakers

Responsibilities

● Project management. Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery

and adherence to project requirements

● Team management. Supervise and support the development team, fostering a

collaborative and productive working environment

● Customer communication. Regularly engage with customers to discuss

collaboration processes, developer productivity, overall satisfaction, project timelines,

and scope of work. Manage new requests from our customers regarding project

customization

● Customer relationship management. Cultivate positive, long-term relationships

with customers, addressing their objections and needs to ensure satisfaction

● Feedback management. Collect and analyze feedback from our partners, using

insights to enhance service delivery

● Estimation and reporting. Work on project estimates and prepare reports on project

progress and outcomes.

Work details

● Long-term project: 1 year or more

● Probationary period: yes, reviewed after three months

● Remote work: yes, with the option for onsite work in Lviv

● Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

● Salary: paid by the 10th of each month in USD
