Product Manager

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Product Manager to join our innovative Education Platform team. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of education and have a knack for managing projects seamlessly, we want you! Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
• Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
• Engage confidently with clients and project executives, providing regular updates and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of project/product management experience, preferably within the education technology (EdTech) sector.
• Experienced in using Jira for project management purposes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for working collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders.
• Unafraid to communicate with clients and executives, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of QA processes and security measures in project development.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis.
• A genuine love for and experience with ChatGPT.
• Experience in the EdTech industry is highly desirable.
• A passion for gaming and an understanding of how gaming elements can enhance educational experiences will be considered a plus.
