Опис вакансії
Join the dynamic team at OCMC Trucking Inc., a rapidly expanding Flatbed & Step Deck trucking company. We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and experienced dispatcher to enhance our operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the US market (experience with Truckstop.com and DAT preferred)
- Familiarity with software such as ProTransport and Motive is advantageous
- Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to negotiate rates confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule: Remote, 15:00—1:00 (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Receive load requests via email or phone
- Provide quotes for routes and coordinate drivers for local and national assignments
- Effectively dispatch drivers with precise instructions for pick-up and delivery
- Stay updated on available loads, negotiate rates, and maintain dispatch boards
- Maintain quality relationships with brokers, clients, and drivers
- Cultivate new partnerships with customers and brokers
- Lead drivers and monitor routes, ensuring timely updates as required
