Project Manager (ERP, Odoo)

Requirements:

• Experience working with Odoo (ERP system) in Manufacturing;
• English — Upper-Intermediate and higher;
• Critical analytical thinking;
• Proficiency in project planning, including defining scope, creating timelines, and resource allocation;
• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements for customization;
• Knowledge of technologies and tools for project management;
• Be able to understand and learn a new system functionality about customers' business processes;
• Efficient project management to keep the implementation on schedule and within budget;
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during implementation;
• Be able to negotiate and persuade;
• Communicative, problem-solving, and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

• Working with project documentation;
• Investigate issues in the customer’s Odoo ERP system;
• Tasks creation with descriptions for developers;
• Tasks prioritization with developers;
• Tasks estimation with developers;
• Agreeing on deadlines for tasks completion with developers and clients;
• Potential risks analysis;
• Setting up a workflow in a team (development, testing, working with requirements);
• Learn new Odoo system functionality and ability to configure standard features;
• Tracking project statuses and progress;
• Following the proper priority of tasks;
• Tracking tasks load and progress of developers;
• Keeping the team in working order and team motivation;
• Communication with customers, and management of their expectations;
• Lead-up reports on projects progress;
• Presentation and demo sessions for clients.
