Junior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who is passionate about crypto and is ready to grow into a results-driven expert.

Our Junior Marketing Manager is a key player in analyzing, strategizing, and executing our growth. You won’t just be posting; you’ll be digging into competitor research, helping build our SEO strategy, and contributing real ideas to our marketing campaigns. We need someone who lives in crypto, understands the culture, and is looking for a place to accelerate their career, take on challenges, and see their results in numbers. If you have a solid foundation in crypto marketing and are hungry to learn and take on more responsibility, this role is for you.

What you will do

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Perform keyword research and support the development of SEO-driven content and website pages.
• Assist in content creation on various stages — writing, SEO optimization,
• proofreading
• Monitor the crypto/Web3 market, social media, Reddit, and emerging narratives to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with SEO, GEO, and Reddit Marketing initiatives, helping improve organic visibility and brand reputation.
• Analyze marketing performance (Traffic, CTR, ER, CR, rankings, etc.) and prepare actionable insights.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the execution of marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Work with AI tools to improve research, content workflows, and overall marketing efficiency.

What we are expecting from you

• 6+ months of experience in Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, or Web3/Crypto.
• Understanding of the B2B and B2C Web3 ecosystems (Infrastructure, Payments, DeFi, L1/L2, airdrops, testnets, token launches).
• Basic understanding of SEO & GEO principles; experience with SEO, GEO, or Reddit Marketing is a strong plus.
• If you don’t have hands-on experience with SEO/GEO/Reddit Marketing, you should be highly motivated to learn and grow in these areas.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with marketing metrics and data.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve productivity.
• English level: B1-B2 (Intermediate+).
