    We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Finance team. This role works closely with the VP of Finance & Accounting, CFO, CEO, and cross-functional teams to support Suvie’s continued growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and manage invoices from external contractors, verifying accuracy and reconciling hours using hourly tracking systems
    • Enter and maintain weekly Accounts Payable data in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices from logistics providers (FedEx, UPS), food suppliers, and appliance vendors
    • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks Online, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved
    • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and posting necessary journal entries in QuickBooks
    • Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation for internal tracking and audit purposes
    • Assist with reconciliation and validation of financial data across QuickBooks and internal reporting spreadsheets
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and help improve financial processes and workflows

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Advanced English (written and spoken)
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills Excellent organizational and reconciliation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and projects
    • Strong communication skills and responsiveness
    • Proven ability to identify issues, explain variances, and propose solutions

    Logistics

    • Full-time remote position
    • Working hours: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
    • Minor adjustments to schedule may be discussed individually

    Qualifications

    • 3−5 years accounting experience
    • 2−3 years experience with A/P, Cash management and other related activities
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance
