Remote Legal Assistant

About Us: We are a boutique law firm in Atlanta, GA, USA, specializing in Community Association Law and litigation.

Position: Legal Assistant (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents.
Ability to communicate effectively via phone with defendants, court personnel, and the sheriff’s office.
Organize case files and track deadlines.
Communicate with clients and attorneys.
Provide support for litigation tasks.
Billing and invoicing

Requirements:

Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Stable internet connection for remote work.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Legal assistant experience or familiarity with litigation is a plus.
Accounting experience is a plus
