Legal Counsel

TECHTO Electronics, a foreign-invested company specializing in serial electronics manufacturing, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Group Legal Department on a full-time basis.

Requirements

• Higher legal education (Master's degree in Law or equivalent);
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, employment, and tax law;
• Experience in legal consulting;
• Advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the day-to-day operations of the Group under the supervision of the Head of Legal;
• Advise business units on legal matters and identify and mitigate legal risks;
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements;
• Provide legal support on employment and labor law matters;
• Prepare corporate documentation and cooperate with notaries and state registrars;
• Communicate with government authorities and prepare and submit the required legal documentation.

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM;
• Hybrid working format (partially remote).
