    Sales Lead Management (Part-Time, Remote) Hours: 20 hours/week | Monday-Friday | 1 PM — 5 PM Eastern Time (USA time zone) Location: Remote (Must speak clear English)

    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Zoho CRM Specialist to optimize our sales leads system, ensure our team stays on track, and drive performance through clear processes and reporting.

    About the Role

    You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to Zoho CRM — Sales Leads. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, streamline, and monitor our sales lead pipeline, ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up and optimize Zoho CRM for lead management (we only use the «Leads» module).
    • Implement dashboard reminders to keep our sales team on top of follow-ups.
    • Create and run reports to track progress and sales pipeline status.
    • Monitor daily CRM activity to:
      • Ensure leads are followed up in a timely manner.
      • Confirm notes and updates meet company SOPs.
      • Provide regular reports and summaries to the owner/manager.
      • Flag and escalate leads that require attention from management.
    • Serve as the «eyes and ears» of the sales process — proactive in identifying gaps or missed opportunities.
    • Help improve our current SOPs and ensure consistent application across the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience with Zoho CRM (Sales Leads management specifically).
    • Experience with SOP development and implementation.
    • Excellent command of English — clear and professional verbal and written communication.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, upbeat, and professional.
    • Able to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.

    Work Schedule:

    • 20 hours per week
    • Monday-Friday
    • 1 PM — 5 PM Eastern Time (USA)
