ELD Support Specialist

We are currently seeking aELD Logbook Support Specialist to coordinate and assist our drivers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics operations over the weekend, providing timely updates to clients, and addressing urgent needs related to our fleet and ELD systems.

Details:

• Location: Remote; Work due to Chicago Time Zone (CST)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours week)
• English: Fluent
• Start: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday — Friday, 11PM — 8 AM Chicago time (7am — 4PM Kyiv time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with drivers and the team to ensure timely loading and delivery.
• Providing tracking updates to clients.
• Communicating with clients regarding location, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and loading/unloading status.
• Handling delays (detentions), assisting with freight-related issues, and providing administrative support.
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to drivers and supporting fleet maintenance operations Quickly responding to service requests and diagnosing technical issues with the fleet.
• Coordinating urgent repairs and roadside assistance, maintaining records in compliance with requirements.
• Providing support to drivers with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems, including technical assistance, issue documentation, and escalation when needed.
• Continuously updating knowledge of ELD regulations and best practices to ensure high-quality technical support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of logistics software and tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work due to Chicago timezone.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred but not required.
