Customer support manager with Knowledge of English.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage);

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients;

• Politeness and professionalism in communication;

• Results-oriented and capable of working in a high-paced environment;

• Confident PC and office software user;

• Residency in Lviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming inquiries from clients and providing necessary information about the company’s services;

• Assisting clients in resolving their issues promptly;

• Registering and processing information in the system;

• Ensuring high-quality customer service.
