Logistics Coordinator (with German language)

You are our candidate if you:

• Have knowledge of the German language at a B1 level or higher.
• Have experience in logistics, transport support, or customer service.
• Possess strong communication skills, can work with large amounts of information, and quickly make decisions in non-standard situations.
• Understand the technological processes in a logistics company and have a desire to influence service quality.

What you will do:

• Manage the process of distributing cargo pickup requests among couriers.
• Ensure control over route adherence and the execution of pickups/deliveries.
• Provide support to couriers regarding the correct completion of express waybills and the resolution of conflict situations.
• Consult on actions to be taken in cases of damaged cargo, shortages, or force majeure events.
• Work with unidentified or damaged shipments.
• Make calls to recipients to check service quality and collect feedback.
