Logistics & Operations Coordinator

ASAP Nutrition is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of logistics experience. We are looking for a smart, responsible person who learns quickly, pays close attention to details, communicates clearly, and can take ownership of processes from start to finish. Our company operates in a fast-paced environment where processes are constantly developing. We value people who do not just follow instructions, but actively look for better, faster, and more efficient ways to get things done.

• Responsibilities -Create and coordinate outbound shipments -Schedule freight, LTL, parcel, and other carrier pickups -Coordinate shipments and delivery requirements with customers -Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and internal teams -Coordinate purchasing and delivery of raw materials and packaging materials -Track inbound and outbound shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues -Maintain accurate shipment, purchasing, inventory, and logistics documentation -Prepare and maintain reports related to shipments, pickups, purchases, deliveries, and other operational processes -Verify shipment details, quantities, addresses, documentation, and deadlines before execution -Follow up with vendors and carriers to make sure tasks are completed on time -Maintain organized records and ensure important information is properly documented -Identify inefficiencies, recurring problems, and opportunities for process improvement -Suggest and implement new solutions that can improve speed, accuracy, or organization -Support other operational projects as the company continues to grow
• What We Are Looking For -Strong English communication skills — English is required -High attention to detail -Ability to learn new systems and processes very quickly -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time -Strong sense of responsibility and ownership -Ability to work independently and follow a task through until it is fully completed -Comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams -Confident working with spreadsheets, reports, emails, and operational systems -Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment -Willingness to ask questions, investigate problems, and find solutions instead of simply waiting for instructions
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or freight coordination is a plus, but the ability to think, learn quickly, and execute accurately is more important to us than years of experience.
