Logistics Support Specialist

We are a growing transportation company seeking a full-time remote Administrative Assistant to support multiple areas of the business. This role combines administrative support along with transportation-related tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment. Training will be provided for all transportation-specific tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Administrative & Operational Support

• Ability to assist with multiple tasks across different departments
• Comfortable handling emails, documents, spreadsheets, and task follow-ups
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently

Transportation Industry Support (Training Provided)

• Assist with transportation-related documentation
• Help track compliance-related items (files, reminders, expiration dates)

General Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection
• Availability during U.S. business hours
• Experience supporting small or mid-size businesses is a plus
