We specialize in North American freight logistics and offer comprehensive dispatch services to our clients across the US We’re a growing team looking for motivated individuals to join us on our journey.

📌 Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch freight for US-based carriers
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email
• Negotiate rates and build relationships with brokers
• Plan, schedule, and track shipments in real-time
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
• Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues during transit
• Collaborate with team members in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and the US

🧑‍💼 Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring for both:

• Entry-level candidates— no experience required; full training provided
• Experienced dispatchers/logistics coordinators— your skills are highly valued

✅ Requirements

• Experience preferred however not required
• Fluent English(spoken and written) is a MUST HAVE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, email, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and work in the US logistics industry
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work US business hours (evening shift in Ukraine)

💸 Salary (based on experience)

with experience and own customers

15к-20к — 20% from profit

more than 20к — 23% from profit

without experience

rate 500$ +%

(the rate depends on the profit)

📅 Regular schedule

2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri)

Closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as US federal holidays; paid US holidays
