Position Title: Logistics Tracking Associate

Start Date: ASAP

Day Shift: 14:00—23:00

Night shift: 22:00—07:00 (Priority!)

What You’ll Do

As a Tracking Associate, you’ll play an important role in ensuring freight is delivered on time across the United States. You’ll communicate with drivers, work closely with our Operations team, solve problems, and help keep shipments moving smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking freight in transit and ensuring every load is accounted for
• Communicating with drivers and Operations teams
• Identifying potential issues before they become problems
• Escalating urgent situations when necessary
• Building professional relationships with drivers
• Helping deliver excellent service to our customers

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Speaks English confidently (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced)
• Loves learning and wants to develop professionally
• Takes responsibility and enjoys solving problems
• Stays organized even in a fast-paced environment
• Is proactive and communicates effectively
• Works well both independently and as part of a team

No logistics experience? No problem!
