WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Process incoming messages in chats (warm database);
• Sell our technical service and software subcriptions to customers from different countries;
• Upsell or cross-sell products or services where appropriate;
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude to foster positive customer relationships;
• Work with the sales team to achieve collective goals;
• Take part in regular trainings and team meetings to enhance skills and coordinate efforts.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:

• You have confident English skills (B2+), fast-typer and native in Ukrainian (for smooth internal team communication);
• You want to develop in sales and technology spheres;
• You are an ambitious and proactive person with a desire to be the best and constantly improve;
• You are stress resistant, focused on results, want to work and earn money.
• Proven experience in sales or in a similar role would be a plus. YOU WILL GET:
