Video Editor (Project-Based)

Media Components is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with clients in healthcare, construction, e-commerce, and professional services.

We are looking for a creative and responsible Video Editor for project-based cooperation. We need someone who can work independently, understand current video trends, and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, advertising, YouTube, and websites
• Transform raw footage into dynamic, professional content
• Add subtitles, text, emojis, transitions, and light motion elements
• Create intros, outros, and basic animations when needed
• Perform basic color correction and audio cleaning
• Adapt videos to different formats: 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1
• Follow brand guidelines, including visual style, fonts, colors, and tone
• Handle urgent and creative projects with a fast turnaround
• Meet agreed deadlines and maintain consistent quality

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or other motion design software is a plus
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Experience creating video content for social media
• Attention to detail in editing, sound, color, and overall dynamics
• Ability to work quickly and independently
• Reliability and responsibility when meeting deadlines
• Experience with AI video/content tools is a plus

Would be a plus

• Experience creating advertising or branded content
• Skills in motion design, text animation, or 2D graphics
• Understanding of content performance metrics such as CTR, audience retention, and conversions
