Purchasing Manager

Evergame team (Lviv, Ukraine) is a fast-growing E-Commerce company selling video games, consoles: PlayStation, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, etc, and other accessories. Currently, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our friendly team on a full-time basis, taking ownership of the purchasing process, supplier relationships, and product availability. Requirements:

• Written and verbal English skills at the B1+ level
• 0.5−1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field will be a plus (but not mandatory we provide onboarding and support to help you grow fast)
• Ability to work with data, documents, and basic reports
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be a plus

Main Duties:

• Managing the purchasing process based on the company’s needs
• Negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers and checking that contract terms are followed
• Analyzing the market, tracking prices, and looking for ways to reduce costs
• Managing inventory and controlling stock levels
• Making sure deliveries are on time, and the quality of goods meets requirements
• Working closely with warehouses UK and DE
