Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant (Overseas) — Must Work Partial MST Hours

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper or Accountant to join our team remotely. This role is open to international candidates, but you must be available during U.S. Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours for part of your shift.

A TRUCKING COMPANY

Key Requirements:

• • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must. Our financial operations rely heavily on QuickBooks.
• •Strong English skills (above average). You’ll need to communicate clearly in English with U.S. clients and team members.
• • Time Zone Availability: Must be able to work from 8 AM to 12 PM MST to ensure overlap with U.S. business hours.

• • Experience with trucking companies is definitely a plus! This is a great bonus as it aligns well with our industry.

Responsibilities:

• • Record and manage financial transactions in QuickBooks
• • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate invoicing with U.S. companies
• • Handle payroll processing and assist with basic HR duties, such as maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• • Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with financial reporting
