Pre-School Teacher for 3-4 y. o. group to Chayky

Kyiv Christian Academy (KCA) is a private international Christian school with over 30 years of successful experience. KCA is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and provides education for students aged 4−18. Our program is based on American academic standards combined with strong Christian values.

The school is located in a modern, well-equipped building in Chaiky (Kyiv region). Instruction and daily communication are conducted in English. Our international staff includes teachers from the USA, Ukraine, and other countries.

Due to growth, we are opening a new early childhood group (ages 3−4) and are seeking a caring Early Childhood Teacher to help launch and develop this program.

This is a unique opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with young children and is excited to help build a nurturing classroom environment from the ground up. The group will be small (up to 5 children), allowing for individualized attention and a calm, supportive atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Strong biblical worldview
• Experience working with preschool or early childhood students (preferred)
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Understanding of child development for ages 3−4
• Creativity, patience, and a warm, nurturing approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and organize classroom space and routines

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children
• Plan and lead activities that support early learning through play, exploration, and interaction
• Organize the classroom space for a new group
• Support children’s social, emotional, and language development (including English immersion)
• Maintain a positive and structured daily routine
• Communicate regularly with parents
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

We Offer:

• Salary: 29,000−36,000 UAH

• Official employment (paid vacation and sick leave according to Ukrainian law)

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00−16:00
