English teacher

We’re looking for an English Teacher who doesn’t just teach grammar, but helps people feel confident using English in real work situations. Someone who enjoys meaningful one-on-one conversations, understands the corporate context, and knows how to turn language into a practical tool for growth, clarity, and connection.

This role is about dialogue, not lectures — and about helping professionals sound like themselves in English.

What we’re looking for

• Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced level of spoken English — fluent, natural, and confident.
• Experience teaching adults or working with a professional audience (corporate, IT, digital, business).
• A relevant professional background or strong understanding of corporate environments.
• The ability to teach through conversation and practice, not just materials or textbooks.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different levels and goals.
• High level of self-organization — you’re comfortable managing your own calendar, timing, and workload.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct individual online English sessions with company employees (1:1 format).
• Focus on speaking, listening, and job-related vocabulary.
• Help learners build confidence in meetings, daily communication, and professional conversations.
• Design and adapt lesson structures independently based on each employee’s needs and level.
• Manage your availability by creating open time slots in a shared calendar.
• Plan and balance your workload within the agreed working hours.
