Accountant Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join the AM Finance Team in a part-time role (Monday-Friday, 4 hours per working day), supporting daily accounting and administrative activities.

As an Accountant Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial and accounting records;
• Process and file primary documentation such as invoices, receipts, contracts, and payment requests;
• Help prepare bank payments and assist with bank statement reconciliations;
• Enter financial data into accounting systems with high accuracy;
• Assist in preparing documents and reports required by tax authorities and auditors;
• Organize and maintain accounting files and digital records.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• 1+ year of experience in an accounting or finance support role;
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles;
• Familiarity with accounting and taxation practices;
• Good Excel skills (spreadsheets, basic formulas);
• Experience with accounting software;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
• Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior accountants;
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability;
• At least an intermediate English level.
