Crewing Manager

Zabrama FZE is looking for a motivated and responsible Crewing Officer to manage crew operations for two vessels (approximately 15 crew members per vessel).

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of candidates for open positions

• Conducting interviews and checking English level

• Verification of seafarers' documents, certificates, and validity

• Planning and organizing crew changes and rotations

• Daily communication with company departments, agents, flag administration, and seafarers

• Payroll calculations and wage control

• Maintaining crew database and records

• Monitoring expiry dates of certificates and documents

Requirements:

• Experience in crewing or maritime HR is preferred

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Knowledge of maritime documents and certification is an advantage
