Operational and personal assistant of CEO

WHO WE ARE

We are a small team of Virtual Reality Specialists (Switzerland — Moldova — Germany — Ukraine) and one of few european companies which are focussed to Virtual Reality-based learning scenarios. We are mainly developing our own products, namely a VR-based driver education which is worldwide unique. We will sell this driver education in 12 countries to 10'000+ clients all over Europe.

ABOUT THE PROJECT / YOUR TASKS

As a CEO i have a lot of little and bigger tasks, and i would like to focus more on strategy and selling processes to grow our company. that’s why I need your help in different areas that until now I covered by myself. And I want to mention that i am a rather chaotic person.

I don’t expect you to know everything. it’s impossible. But i expect you to be able to learn with help of google/chatGPT (or sometimes also with some initial help from my side).

If you can effectively support me, that means that i can focus on akquiring bigger projects and pay you a higher salary.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (30−40%)

• You monitor the productivity of our employees on a daily basis: you check the three daily tasks that each employee must complete, how many hours they have spent on them, whether this is reasonable, etc. — Daily reports on productivity (no prior experience necessary).
• You check regularly with the team on progress.
• you oversee the various projects and provide quickly customers with status updates (no prior experience necessary). Clients should feel that we care about them.
• You communicate regularly with your coworkers and clients

LOGISTICS (5−10%)

• Order hardware or other items according to specifications, find out how customs duties are to be paid, etc. (no prior experience necessary, you can find this out via ChatGPT).
• You occasionally organize tickets for flights or hotel accommodations (no prior experience necessary)

ADMINISTRATION (10−20%)

• You help me organize my email inbox and ensure that I no longer lose any customer requests (no prior experience necessary)
• You provide an overview of all tasks/todos every week (no prior experience necessary)

E-LEARNING (10−20%)

• Rewrite lessons for our automated e-learning system for learning to drive in virtual reality (according to instructions; no prior experience necessary))
• Test our e-learning lessons on your own or with the help of users/ learning drivers (no prior experience necessary)

MARKETING (10−20%)

If you are interested, you can be involved in this type of tasks:

• Writing to customers, responding to them (no prior experience necessary, following instructions, using deepl.com and Google Translate)
• Improving the website design, writing better articles for our customers (no prior experience necessary, following my inital instructions)
• Generating free interactive tools using AI (no prior experience necessary,following my inital instructions)
• SEO optimization (no prior experience necessary, following my inital instructions)

HR (According to instructions, no prior experience is necessary.) (10−15%)

• Search for/hire employees or suppliers, conduct preliminary interviews (according to instructions, no prior experience necessary)
• Organize an online employee event once every few weeks (no prior experience necessary)
• Provide me with daily reports on the goals people have achieved (no prior experience necessary)
