Target Marketing Specialist

Inforce Digital builds software full-cycle for startups and scaling companies. Our goal is to create exceptional applications and websites that help our clients achieve their objectives, maximize profits, and transform their ideas into successful solutions. Our sales and marketing department is growing, and we’re looking for a Target Marketing Specialist who can drive predictable inbound lead flow and help us scale.

Вимоги:

• 1+ years of experience in targeted advertising.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, custom audiences, lookalikes.
• Experience generating B2B leads (preferably for IT, SaaS, or services).
• Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making.
• English B1+ Will Be a Plus
• Experience targeting US/EU/UA B2B markets.
• Understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing specifics.
• Ability to work closely with sales & SDR teams.

• Test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences — quickly and systematically.
• Build funnels for SMB / startup audiences.
• Optimise CPL and lead quality based on feedback from the sales team.
• Analyse campaigns and provide transparent weekly reports.
