Virtual Content&Business Assistant

If you are fast, organized, intelligent, and want to learn how a young company scales from the inside, this role is for you.

You’ll work directly with the owner on content, lead management, admin, and operations.

The role starts as PART-TIME. At first, there will be only a few tasks. Once we elaborate an effective workflow, this can grow into a full-time (30+ hours/week) commitment within 2−3 months after the trial period.

For a high performer, there is a real path to grow into an Operations Manager role within 1−2 years and eventually run the company’s operations. There are also horizontal growth paths to other roles.

Rate: $4-$7/hour depending on soft and hard skills.

What makes this role different

This is not a simple task-doing VA role.

You’ll be trained across multiple parts of the business, including marketing, content, lead generation, sales, admin, and operations. You’ll need to learn fast, think logically, communicate clearly, and take ownership.

You’ll work closely with me, so I’m looking for someone reliable, sharp, and proactive. If you don’t know something, I expect you to research it, figure it out, and ask smart questions when needed.

Who this is for

This role is a good fit if you:

Requirements

You must have:

• Great English (speaking, listening and writing)
• Good grammar and clear written communication
• Copywriting skills
• Strong logic and intelligence
• High reliability
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to research and solve problems independently
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Speed. Speed is a priority in this role

What you’ll do

• Enriching lead data
  • Collecting social profiles
  • Finding names and relevant details
  • Adding information into spreadsheets
• Posting content
• Creating video scripts
• Edit simple videos in Capcut
• Creating social media posts and carousels
• Engaging on social media
• Repurposing content
  • For example: turning a video into a newsletter
• Following up with leads
• Hiring team members
• Exploring ways to automate tasks
• Admin work
• Other operational tasks as the business grows

I’ll teach you how to do these tasks, but you need to learn quickly and think clearly.
