Sales manager

Requirements: Do not apply to this position if you do not speak English both speaking and writing.

The ideal candidate would be experienced in the art of selling, one year’s sales experience minimally, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Not afraid to call clients and speak with them on the phone and can hold a good conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Picking up the phone for inbound leads
• Doing follow up calls to clients
• Being solution orientated to get clients booked in
• Doing the administrative work needed on the CRM
• Hitting daily & weekly sales targets
• Excellent listening skills

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in sales or a related field
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and closing skills
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ⁠ ⁠Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Loves the art of salesmanship

Work conditions:

• This is a full time, permanent position
• Remote position, but you must live in Kyiv, or be willing to travel to Kyiv because there will be some training courses there.
• We use Hubbard Business Management Technology.
