Now we’re looking for a creative SMM Manager in Lviv who loves Reels/TikTok, nightlife vibes, and building hype ✨🔥

🎯 What you’ll do

• Run TikTok + Instagram + Telegram Channel (Reels/Stories/Posts) 📲✨

• Create content that people can’t stop watching 👀🔥 (hooks, scripts, captions, trends)

• Plan and join shoots in bars 🎬🍹 (with bartenders, guests, атмосферa 😍)

• Collect UGC + repurpose into high-performing videos ♻️📈

• Engage with the community 💬❤️ (comments, DMs, vibe-check)

• Track results + improve weekly 📊⚡ (views, retention, shares, saves, leads)

✅ What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of SMM experience + portfolio/cases (links required 🔗)

• Strong feel for TikTok & Reels 🎵⏱️ (pacing, retention, trend-sense)

• Confident writing for Ukrainian audience 🇺🇦✍️

• Editing/design skills: CapCut / VN / Premiere + Canva / Figma 🎞️🎨

• Organized + proactive + fast execution 🧠⚡✅

Bonus points if you have:

• English: basic/intermediate+ 🇬🇧✅ (communication + simple captions when needed)

• HoReCa / nightlife / lifestyle experience 🌙🍸

• Influencers/creators & collabs experience 🤝✨

• Funnel mindset (traffic → bot → demo/lead) 🎯📩
