We are looking for an Assistant Crew Manager to join our team.

Key requirements:

Office-based only (no remote work)
English — very good (written and spoken)
Very strong computer skills (MS Office, email correspondence, databases, document handling)
High level of attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work with senior managers
Willingness to learn and develop in the maritime industry
Responsibility, confidentiality, and discipline

Main duties:

Support of crew management operations
Work with crew documents and records
Correspondence with crew, agents, and managers
Data entry, tracking, and reporting
Assistance with day-to-day office tasks related to crewing

Working conditions:

Full-time, office-based
Monday-Friday
