    Опис вакансії

    Product iGaming company is looking for a Junior HR People Partner who will help build efficient HR processes and support the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities:

    • Support new hires during the preboarding process.
    • Collect, maintain, and update employee documentation (currently in HR space, with a transition to PeopleForce planned).
    • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist with HR analytics collection and processing.
    • Manage and support HR communications in internal chats.

    Requirements (Soft skills):

    • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Ability to stay focused and efficiently switch between tasks.
    • Well-developed emotional intelligence.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Critical thinking.

    Hard skills & Experience:

    • Experience with HR systems is a plus (PeopleForce, Hurma, HiBob, Notion, etc.).
    • Experience with preboarding processes, including:
      • document handling,
      • background/security checks,
      • preparation for the first working day,
      • intro calls.
    • Experience in onboarding and offboarding.
    • Nice to have experience in other HR processes, such as:
      • supporting learning & development initiatives,
      • participation in C&B processes (leave tracking, sick leaves, health insurance administration, bonus programs, etc.).
