Project Manager (Creative / Animation Studio)

We’re looking for someone who can keep projects organized and moving.

You’ll be in between the client and the team making sure things don’t get lost, deadlines are clear, and everyone knows what’s going on.

What you’ll be doing

Client communication

• Check and reply to messages on Discord and Telegram daily
• Make sure nothing gets missed or ignored
• Keep clients updated without them having to chase
• Ask the right questions when things aren’t clear
• Set clear expectations on timelines

Project & task management

• Turn client requests into clear tasks for the team
• Track everything in Notion (or similar)
• Keep a daily to-do list and prioritize properly
• Update project statuses so everyone knows what’s happening
• Share simple updates with the team

Project setup

• Before anything starts, you will make sure you understand:
  • what’s being done
  • where it’s going (platform)
  • format, size, references
• Collect all assets from the client (logos, files, etc.)
• Make sure the team has a clear brief

Feedback & delivery

• Take client feedback and pass it clearly to the team
• Make sure nothing from feedback is missed
• Check work before sending it out
• Make sure it matches what the client expects

Team coordination

• Communicate clearly with designers and animators
• Move tasks through stages (in progress → review → done)
• Help things flow smoothly between people

Day to day

• Keep everything organized
• Know what’s happening across all projects
• Flag problems in advance
• Keep things moving without overloading the team

What we’re looking for

• You’re organized (you write things down, you don’t rely on memory)
• You reply quickly and communicate clearly
• You can handle multiple projects at once
• You’re comfortable working remotely
• You take ownership you don’t wait to be told what to do

Bonus:you’ve worked with design / animation teams before. Though not a must

• Remote, async
• Fast pace (as every company would say lol)
• No micromanagement but things need to get done
