Research Specialist, Project Manager (US gov contracts)

Research Specialist & Project Manager (US Government Contracts) Remote | Full-time | $1000+ /month

We are looking for motivated specialists who will help our team research products and suppliers for U.S. government procurement opportunities. Your main role will be to analyze product requirements and find manufacturers or suppliers who can provide those products.

This is a research and analytical role, not a sales job. However, this job includes making phone calls to vendors and follow-up calls, so we are looking for someone who is not afraid to make calls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product specifications
• Research manufacturers and suppliers nationally and internationally
• Identify companies capable of producing or supplying required products
• Contact suppliers via email and calls to request quotes and technical information
• Compare supplier offers and organize them in spreadsheets
• Work with product specifications, technical descriptions, and documentation
• Maintain structured supplier databases and research notes

Requirements

• English B2 or higher (written communication is essential)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to understand technical specifications and product descriptions
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 9:00—18:00 — New York time.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or research (Not Required)
• Experience with international suppliers or B2B communication or logistics
• Experience in data analysis or market research
