    About the Role

    Car Hauling Broker is seeking a results-driven Dispatcher / Sales Manager to manage inbound leads, convert customers, and coordinate vehicle shipments end-to-end.

    This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer service, and logistics execution. You will be responsible not only for closing deals but also for ensuring successful delivery by coordinating with carriers and managing expectations on both sides.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Respond to inbound leads from website inquiries and phone calls in a timely manner

    2. Educate customers on how the auto transport brokerage process works

    3. Clearly explain pricing structure, market conditions, and potential challenges

    4. Provide accurate quotes based on current market data and lane analysis

    5. Close deals and collect customer payments

    6. Set proper expectations (including potential carrier negotiations and delays)

    7. Post and source loads using Central Dispatch

    8. Negotiate with carriers to secure the best possible rate and service

    9. Assign loads to reliable carriers and confirm all dispatch details

    10. Monitor shipments and ensure carriers comply with agreed terms

    11. Proactively communicate with customers throughout the transport process

    12. Resolve issues and delays in a professional and efficient manner

    13. Record all completed shipments in the company tracking spreadsheet

    Requirements

    1. Experience in auto transport brokerage, dispatching, or logistics sales preferred

    2. Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals

    3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    4. Ability to manage multiple loads and customers simultaneously

    5. Experience with Central Dispatch (or similar platforms) is a strong advantage

    6. High level of responsibility and accountability

    7. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

    8. Fluent English (spoken and written)

    Compensation
