About Position

As a Logistics Support Representative, you will ensure smooth daily operations by resolving safety-related and driver technical inquiries on time.

This opportunity became available after one of the team members was promoted internally, reflecting our focus on growth within the team!

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;

• Proficient computer skills (typing abilities, Windows and Microsoft Office);

• High level of responsibility, organization, and ability to manage several tasks during the day;

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and data;

• Previous experience in similar positions or logistics field would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor fleet and driver activity, including working hours and logbooks, to ensure operational accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

• Support daily logistics operations by checking documents, updating internal systems, and keeping information accurate.

• Communicate with drivers and team members to assist with technical inquiries.

Work conditions:

• Hybrid work at the Kyiv city center (remote night shifts).

• Shifts Schedule: 5 working days/ 3 days off.

1. Morning shift (7 AM — 2 PM);

2. Afternoon shift (2 PM — 10 PM);

3. Night shift (10 PM — 7 AM). Please note that the schedule includes all shifts!
