Опис вакансії
We’re looking for a Lead Generator to join our team and help us build a stable flow of new opportunities — primarily through Upwork 🚀.
This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying leads for outsourcing projects, working closely with the team to improve positioning, messaging, and results.
We’re also open to candidates who already have sales experience or want to grow into a sales role over time.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork (main channel)
🔹 Submit proposals and communicate with potential clients
🔹 Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline
🔹 Analyze job posts and identify high-potential opportunities
🔹 Track results and improve outreach with the team
🔹 Collaborate with the team on messaging, offers, and positioning
🔹 (Optional) Participate in early-stage client communication or calls
📋 Requirements
🔹 Experience with Upwork (or strong willingness to learn)
🔹 Good written English (for proposals and communication)
🔹 Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
🔹 Basic understanding of IT / software development services
🔹 Ability to stay organized and manage multiple opportunities
✨ Nice-to-Haves
🔹 Experience in lead generation for IT outsourcing / outstaffing
🔹 Interest or experience in sales / business development
🔹 Understanding of Web3 / blockchain domain
🔹 Experience with LinkedIn outreach etc.
🔹 Experience communicating with clients or handling early-stage conversations
