IT Project Manager

To achieve our ambitious global goals, we are inviting an IT Project Manager to join our team.

About the Project

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of projects and programs related to the development of service and IT solutions across the company, including logistics, integrations, internal systems, and customer-facing services.

Projects include:

• Launching and scaling digital products
• Integration initiatives with clients and partners
• Business process transformation
• Implementation of new services and operational models

The key focus of the role is successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and business expectations while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and cross-project coordination.

Requirements

• 2−3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Coordinator, Delivery Manager, or similar role within product, technology, or logistics companies
• Understanding of digital product lifecycle, software development processes, and implementation of IT solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Finance
• Ability to gather requirements, structure tasks, build roadmaps, and manage dependencies
• Strong planning, risk management, execution control, and change management skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, or similar
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and result orientation
• Fluent Ukrainian and English level not lower than Intermediate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects within the Product & Digital Solutions department from initiation to release
• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, plans, statuses, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure transparent communication between teams and stakeholders, including operational and financial departments
• Organize and facilitate regular syncs, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
• Control timelines, budgets (where applicable), delivery quality, and alignment with expected outcomes
• Support implementation of changes, updates, and integrations within internal systems
• Prepare reporting for management including project statuses, risks, blockers, and forecasting
• Ensure project alignment with the company’s overall product and operational strategy

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or global operational environments
• Understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with international or multicultural teams
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI, Prince2, Agile PM, or similar
• Experience implementing processes, SLA, SOP, or internal regulations
• Experience working in highly regulated or fast-changing environments
