This is not a «post a job & wait» role. This is about strategy, intuition, and ownership 🎯

What you’ll actually do

• Own hiring end-to-end: from intake to signed offer
• Close 4−8 roles simultaneously (from marketing to tech to ops)
• Partner with hiring managers like a consultant, not a coordinator
• Turn vague requests into clear hiring strategies
• Hunt talents — not just search (LinkedIn is the baseline, not the limit)
• Run interviews that go beyond «tell me about yourself»
• Build pipelines, not one-off hires
• Keep candidates warm, even when the answer is «not now»
• Work with data: funnels, conversion, bottlenecks → fix them

You’ll thrive here if you

• Have 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Closed roles in digital, IT, or business functions
• Know how to build a sourcing strategy from scratch
• Understand candidate psychology (and a bit of marketing helps 😉)
• Speak and write clearly (no «HR-speak», just human language)
• Can handle speed, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
• Work independently but think like a team player
• Have B1+ English and can actually use it
