MEP Engineer

Spectrum is a fully integrated Design & Build firm based in Tbilisi, Georgia, providing services in Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, and Construction Management. We design and deliver unique, bespoke projects for commercial and residential sectors worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects in Georgia and internationally, working in a multidisciplinary environment where creativity meets technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field);
• Proven experience in MEP system design (engineering and/or detailed design);
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Visionary approach to problem-solving, innovation, and project delivery;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Full-time position;
• 5 working days per week (Monday-Friday);
• Working hours: 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM;

Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across all project stages;
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure fully integrated design solutions;
• Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and client requirements;
• Support project delivery from concept to completion with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

Selection Process: The selection process consists of two Zoom interviews and a task assignment.
