Partnerships, Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Partnerships & Business Development Specialist to join our growing remote team full-time.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with new online partners and affiliates across various channels. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network and helping drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new partners/affiliates
• Reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Teams, and other communication channels
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Negotiate partnership and promotional deals
• Follow up with leads and maintain organized communication pipelines
• Coordinate with the internal team and hand over qualified partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable networking and initiating conversations
• Self-motivated and organized
• Experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, sales, business development, or account management is an advantage
• Fluent English required
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
