Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator (Training Provided) 📍 Office-based position in Lviv 🕒 Full-Time | 🌍 International Team

We are a Chicago-based logistics company working with the US market and operating internationally with offices in:

• Lviv, Ukraine
• Tbilisi, Georgia
• Batumi, Georgia
• Yerevan, Armenia
• Lisbon, Portugal

We are growing fast and looking for motivated people who want to start a career in logistics and dispatch.

📅 Schedule

14:30 — 23:00 (local time, Mon-Fri)

✅ Transportation home provided after the shift

✅ Paid US federal holidays

🎓 No Experience?

We provide full training from scratch and support during the learning process.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Communicate with drivers and brokers in English
• Help coordinate freight shipments across the US
• Track loads and update information in the system
• Learn negotiation and dispatching processes
• Work with a supportive international team
• Resolve basic issues during transportation

✅ Requirements

• Good spoken English and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, email, etc.)
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
