Опис вакансії

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the healthcare sector. This is a remote, part-time position — ideal for attentive, responsible, and organized candidates who enjoy communicating with people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with patients by phone
  • Assisting with support requests and order-related questions
  • Verifying and updating patient information
  • Accurately recording and organizing data in Google Sheets / Excel / CRM systems
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication at all times
  • Coordinating with internal departments and supporting daily operations

Requirements:

  • English level — B2-С1 (spoken and written)
  • Confident computer skills and ability to work with online tools
  • Microsoft Office / Google Suite skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and responsibility • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Work conditions: Two working shifts available (New York time): — 9:00 AM — 2:00 PM — 1:00 PM — 5:00 PM Approximately 50/50 per month between both shifts
