We are currently looking for a Head of Network Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the Corporate Network Department, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and team development;
• Participate in projects focused on the development of the corporate network and related IT areas;
• Plan the development and modernization of the company’s network infrastructure;
• Prepare, manage, and control the Corporate Network budget (CAPEX/OPEX);
• Ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of network equipment;
• Cooperate with contractors, equipment vendors, and service partners;
• Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery activities;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, policies, and procedures;
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to enhance the security of network infrastructure and IT systems.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Higher education degree;
• Strong networking expertise at a level no lower than CCNP;
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level corporate networks;
• Experience working with enterprise networking equipment, including:
  • Cisco routers and switches;
  • Load balancing solutions;
  • Firewalls;
  • VPN technologies;
  • Network segmentation and security solutions.
• Practical experience with Cisco ACI will be a significant advantage;
• Experience with network monitoring systems and incident analysis;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex network issues;
• Experience managing and leading technical teams;
• English proficiency sufficient for technical communication and working with technical documentation.
