Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all employee queries and ensuring timely HR support.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture, values, and opportunities through job postings, social media, and career events.
  • Track key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion guidelines.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages when necessary, and facilitate pre-employment processes.
  • Creating and maintaining organized employee personnel files, HR databases, and documentation systems from scratch.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation in recruitment practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Tracking probation periods, facilitating reviews, and coordinating confirmation decisions. • Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential HR records and supporting internal audits when required.
  • Preparing HR-related letters, memos, announcements, and communication materials.
  • Performing any additional responsibilities required to support the growth and development of the HR function.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in international company in HR role
  • Successful experience in creating and executing headhunting in Engineering positions
  • Actual knowledge of Ukrainian labor and entrepreneurial taxation law and regulations
  • Experience in supporting Employee cycle
  • Spoken and written English
  • Accuracy in dealing with sensitive data
  • Attentiveness to details
