    About the company: GRUY GAMES is a Ukrainian game development studio. We create games, adapting new and engaging genres for a mass audience.

    The team consists of industry experts and veterans. We operate without bureaucracy or micromanagement, focusing on professionalism, process quality, and trust in every specialist. We provide clear pipelines, comfortable working conditions, and fully official employment.

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized specialist to help keep our company’s documentation in order. You’ll be responsible for collecting, formatting, and storing internal documents, managing employee accounts in our corporate systems, and ensuring that all required signatures and approvals are obtained on time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect and format internal documents: orders, acts, agreements, and contract addenda.
    • Maintain the contract registry and monitor contract expiration dates.
    • Administer employee accounts in company systems (Odoo, WhiteDoc).
    • Track document signing via qualified electronic signature (QES) — follow up with responsible parties as needed.
    • Archive signed documents and maintain a well-organized electronic records system.
    • Coordinate with colleagues to gather required data (links, lists, confirmations).
    • Prepare simple document templates based on existing samples.

    Requirements:

    • Expertise in maintaining official documentation in compliance with established regulations and standards.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail — ability to spot errors in documents.
    • Basic digital literacy — confident working with Google Docs, Excel, and email.
    • Organization skills — able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Responsibility — understands the importance of corporate data confidentiality.
    • Willingness to learn — readiness to work with Odoo and electronic document management systems (full training provided).
    • Basic English — reading-level comprehension of standard business documents is a plus.
