Dispatcher (English B1+)

Atlas Recruiting is looking for a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator for an international transportation and logistics company operating in the U.S. market.

This position is suitable both for students who want to combine work with their studies and for candidates seeking a stable career with strong financial growth opportunities.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training from scratch and offer a paid internship.

Your Tasks:

• Communicating with U.S.-based clients in English via phone and email;
• Organizing freight transportation across the United States;
• Negotiating rates, routes, and transportation documentation;
• Coordinating drivers and managing deliveries;
• Resolving operational issues throughout the transportation process.

Working Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM;
• You will work from our office in Zhytomyr from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, then continue working remotely from home until 1:00 AM;
• Saturday and Sunday are days off.

It is important for us:

• English proficiency at B1-B2 level (spoken and written);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and increase earnings.
