Save Ukraine is a Ukrainian humanitarian organization dedicated to rescuing, evacuating, and supporting children and families affected by war. The organization implements humanitarian programs, rehabilitation initiatives, social support services, and international advocacy projects.
Due to the continued growth of our programs and the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Recruiter who will help attract talented professionals and support high-quality recruitment processes across the organization.
Main Purpose of the Role
To manage the full recruitment cycle across various functions within the organization, support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, and attract talented professionals who share Save Ukraine’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the full recruitment cycle, from receiving hiring requests to onboarding new employees. ● Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels. ● Prepare and publish job advertisements on different platforms. ● Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and competencies. ● Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. ● Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and support candidates throughout the recruitment process. ● Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records in HR systems. ● Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. ● Collaborate with department managers to define position requirements and hiring needs. ● Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and HR initiatives. ● Prepare recruitment reports and maintain relevant documentation. ● Support employer branding activities and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
Experience
● At least 1 year of experience in recruitment. ● Experience managing the full recruitment cycle is preferred. ● Previous experience in NGOs, charitable organizations, or international organizations is desirable. ● Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions and functions will be considered an advantage.
Skills
● Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. ● Interviewing and candidate assessment skills. ● Strong communication and organizational skills. ● Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively. ● Experience working with ATS and HR information systems (HRIS) will be considered an advantage. ● Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility. ● Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. ● Results-oriented mindset and a service-oriented approach.
Languages
● Ukrainian — fluent. ● English — intermediate level (B1+) is desirable.
