Previous experience in Healthcare or Medical Billing is considered an advantage but is not required. We provide comprehensive training from scratch and full support throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with patient documentation and healthcare-related information;

• Communicate with U.S. insurance companies and healthcare providers;

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility information;

• Support administrative and financial patient-related processes;

• Maintain and update information in internal systems and databases;

• Handle phone and written communication in English;

• Collaborate with U.S.-based clients and colleagues to resolve ongoing inquiries and issues.

We would love to meet you if you:

• Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2) or higher;

• Feel confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing;

• Are detail-oriented and highly responsible;

• Learn quickly and are eager to develop new skills;

• Can effectively manage and process large amounts of information;
