    About Us

    TopSource Global is a Moldova-based IT company (IT Park resident) providing custom software development, B2B e-commerce solutions, ERP integrations, and BPO services to clients across North America and Europe. We already have active projects, a growing portfolio, and inbound interest from potential clients. We are now looking for a strong Sales Manager who can help build a stable outbound process, attract new clients, and independently close deals.

    About the Role

    This role is ideal for someone who combines strong B2B sales skills with a high level of independence and ownership. You will work directly with company leadership and participate in developing the sales process, lead generation, client calls, preparation of commercial proposals, and deal closing.

    • Lemlist
    • HubSpot
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    What You Will Do

    • Generate and develop new B2B clients
    • Run outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
    • Conduct discovery calls and presentations with international clients
    • Identify client needs and match them with company services
    • Prepare commercial proposals and Statements of Work together with the CEO and technical team
    • Manage negotiations and move deals toward closing
    • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot
    • Participate in improving and documenting the sales process
    • Work with outbound tools and sales automation platforms

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong B2B sales experience in IT, SaaS, outsourcing, or custom software development
    • Proven experience independently managing the full sales cycle
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • English level: C1 or higher (written and spoken)
    • Ability to confidently communicate with international clients and decision-makers
    • Strong self-management and organizational skills
    • Comfortable working in a contract / freelance format

    Would Be a Strong Plus

    • Experience with Apollo.io (ICP, enrichment, segmentation, outbound)
    • Experience setting up and managing Lemlist sequences
    • Experience working in HubSpot (pipelines, stages, dashboards, workflows)
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Experience building a sales process from scratch
    • Understanding of outbound sales and sales automation
    • Experience working with US and European clients
    • Experience selling IT outsourcing / custom development / ERP / e-commerce solutions
    • Ability to work with KPIs, pipeline management, and sales analytics

    Compensation

    Total compensation: $2000−3000 per month (fixed payment + percentage from sales)

    The fixed payment and commission structure are discussed individually and depend on the candidate’s experience, level of independence, and proven results in B2B IT sales.
